Civil form: associated with everyday peace, steady protection and travel wishes.
Martial form: associated with protective, commanding and warding symbolism.

Then choose your composition: the bust emphasises expression and upper robes; the half-length form reveals more objects and posture. Both may be worn or displayed.

One Leizu, two handmade forms.

Pair Master Zhijian's hand-painted Leizu amulet with an original cinnabar seal print. Wear the amulet and display the print on a desk, bedside or in a quiet practice space, bringing traditional Daoist art into daily life.

Civil and martial forms

Leizu's full title is Jiutian Yingyuan Leisheng Puhua Tianzun. This set offers civil and martial amulets: the civil form expresses wishes for peace, while the martial form expresses protective wishes. Choose the imagery and composition you prefer.

Included in the set

• One Leizu hand-painted amulet: civil or martial, bust or half-length.
• One Leizu cinnabar seal print: approximately 6 × 9 cm, with a 24K pure-gold sacred name on the front and handwritten talismanic text by a senior Daoist ritual priest on the back.
• A clear protective sleeve and small glass frame for storing and displaying the print.

The four options change the amulet; all include the same Leizu seal print.

Handcrafted by Master Zhijian

The amulet is painted in gongbi heavy colour, and the print is impressed from an original carved seal. Master Zhijian makes the artworks by hand in the Zushi Temple where he practises. Variations in brushwork, cinnabar colour and gold strokes are natural features of handwork.

Production and delivery after ordering

  1. Hand-painting: Master Zhijian paints in his own temple. Scheduling depends on current orders and the complexity of the artwork.
  2. 30-day altar observance after completion: the completed amulet is placed on the altar. These 30 days are the observance period.
  3. Packing and dispatch: after the amulet completes altar observance, it is safely packed with the print and dispatched. Delivery time depends on destination and carrier.

Allow the full period for painting, 30 days of altar observance and delivery. For a gift or a specific date, contact contact@daodeca.com before ordering to confirm the current schedule.

Cinnabar seal prints are not placed on the altar.Delivery of a set includes the amulet's production and altar-observance period.

The amulet's blessing cycle is one year. Contact us to arrange a return for renewal at the end of the cycle; the renewal fee is US$29.90 per item, excluding round-trip shipping.

Set savings

Save US$10 compared with buying the selected hand-painted amulet and seal print separately. Refer to the selected option for the actual price.
