Are hand-painted talismans printed?
No. Master Zhijian’s deity images are completed piece by piece, from line drawing and coloring to detailed rendering and gold detailing, so each one has natural differences in lines, colors, and local details.
What materials are used for the works?
They currently mainly use natural mineral pigments, with hand-applied gold detailing as needed for each piece. The actual materials and composition are subject to the description on each product page.
Why is there a waiting period after the work is finished?
After completion, the work is currently sent to a partnered Taoist temple for 30 days of temple enshrinement before protective packaging and shipping. Please allow sufficient time for hand-painting and scheduling as well.
Can it be customized?
Some works can accept customization discussions regarding composition or size. Whether an order can be accepted and the turnaround time depend on the current queue and the complexity of the image. We recommend contacting customer service before placing an order.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
This site offers international shipping. Available destinations, shipping fees, and delivery times are subject to the checkout page and carrier information; international orders may incur destination customs duties or import taxes.
What should I do if the work arrives damaged?
Please keep the outer packaging and contact us within 48 hours after signing for it, providing your order number and clear photos/unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment, remaking, or other appropriate handling depending on the situation.
Do religious rituals guarantee results?
No, they do not guarantee results. DecaMystGate provides religious and ritual services and will do our best to clearly explain the actual process, scheduling, and confirmation content, but we do not guarantee financial luck, health, relationships, legal matters, career, or any other personal outcomes.
