Shifang Xuanmen adheres to traditional Daoist rites and intangible cultural heritage-style fine brushwork techniques. To ensure that every sacred image is crafted properly and in perfect purity and completeness, all ritual items in our store are not mass-produced industrial copies. The production and shipping process is relatively strict and complex, so sincere patrons are kindly asked to read the following shipping and production timeline carefully before and after placing an order.

I. Important Notice: Please be sure to "communicate first, order later"

  1. One item, one painting, order only after payment: Except for a very small number of special exhibits marked as "in-stock affinity items," every Daoist deity plaque in our store is personally scheduled by a Daoist priest or master artisan after a sincere patron makes payment. They then grind natural mineral pigments, wash their hands, burn incense, and begin painting each stroke with reverence.

  2. Main Hall Blessing Period: After the sacred image is completed, it must strictly follow traditional ritual procedures,and be enshrined before the altar in the main hall of the practice site, where it receives morning and evening incense offerings and sutra-based blessings. The blessing period may last up to one month (30 days), to ensure the spiritual energy of the image gathers fully.

  3. Special Custom Requests: If you have special wishes regarding birth information and the eight characters, requests for slight adjustments to a designated deity image, or special accessory framing needs, the production time will be further extended depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship.

  4. Contact Confirmation Process:Please contact online customer service or our official communication channel as soon as possible before placing your order or right after payment.We will explain in detail the current painting schedule, the expected duration of main hall enshrinement, and the shipping date. After both parties confirm understanding, the order will be scheduled to avoid misunderstandings caused by the long wait.

II. Shipping Process and Delivery Time

  • Production and Blessing Stage:

    • Scheduled painting: about 7～15 business days (depending on the level of fine brushwork and detail).

    • Main hall enshrinement and blessing: after completion, the piece is placed in the main hall and blessed according to the ritual requested by the sincere patron, for up to 30 days.

  • Packing and Outbound Shipment:

    • After the blessing is complete and the item leaves the hall, staff will carefully package it with multi-layer shockproof packaging, a heaven-and-earth box, and a dedicated seal. It is usually handed over to international express delivery or the designated logistics provider within 48 hours.

  • Estimated Transit Time:

    • Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan: about 3～7 business days after dispatch (SF Express, etc.).

    • Other parts of Asia: about 5～10 business days after dispatch.

    • Europe, the Americas, and other countries/regions: about 7～15 business days after dispatch (DHL / FedEx / EMS).

    • Note: Customs clearance speed in each country and force majeure factors (weather, holidays) may cause shipping delays. The actual logistics update shall prevail.

III. Delivery Tracking and Receiving Notes

  1. Tracking Number Notification: After the package has been shipped, the system will automatically send the tracking number to your registered email address. You may also log in to the official website account or contact customer service to check shipping progress.

  2. Receipt Inspection:

    • When signing for the parcel, please be sure to inspect the outer box on the spot to confirm it is intact and undamaged.

    • If the outer box is severely deformed, damp, or damaged, please take photos immediately and ask the delivery person to issue a damage certificate, then contact us within 48 hours for handling.

  3. Customs Duties and Import Regulations: International orders may incur import duties or value-added tax in the destination country. Related taxes and fees shall be borne by the recipient according to local regulations.
