Our handmade artworks are not mass-produced ready-made goods. Hand-painted amulets and cinnabar seal prints follow different production and preparation processes. The order queue, production, any applicable altar observance, packaging and dispatch, and transit after dispatch are separate stages. Please allow sufficient time before ordering.
1. Hand-Painted Amulets: Order Queue and Production
Original hand-painted amulets are scheduled in order after purchase and painted personally by Master Zhijian. We will notify you separately by email of the scheduled painting start time.
Hand-painting usually takes approximately 7–15 business days. This is the actual production time and does not include waiting in the order queue. Production time may vary depending on the composition, level of detail, and customization.
If you need an artwork for a gift or delivery by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to confirm the current schedule.
2. Hand-Painted Amulets: 30 Days of Altar Observance
After a hand-painted amulet is completed, our current process is to place it on the altar at the Taoist temple where Master Zhijian practices for 30 days. This period is separate from the order queue, production, and transit after dispatch.
Inspection, protective packaging, and dispatch are arranged after the altar observance is completed.
This process is part of our religious and cultural practice and does not guarantee wealth, health, career, relationships, or other personal outcomes.
3. Cinnabar Seal Prints and Mixed Orders
Cinnabar seal prints are not placed on the altar and do not include the 30-day altar observance for hand-painted amulets. Inspection, protective packaging, and dispatch are arranged according to production and preparation progress.
If an order contains both hand-painted amulets and cinnabar seal prints, the items will be dispatched together after the hand-painted amulets have completed their 30-day altar observance. For mixed orders, the altar observance applies only to the hand-painted amulets.
4. Packaging and Dispatch
After the applicable processes are completed, inspection and protective packaging are usually finished within 1–3 business days before the parcel is handed to the appropriate carrier.
Our branded outer packaging continues to evolve, so the outer box, protective case, or shipping materials may vary by artwork and batch.
Safe delivery is our first priority.
5. Estimated Transit Times After Dispatch
The estimates below begin after the parcel is dispatched, not when the order is placed. They do not include the order queue, production, altar observance, or packaging and dispatch preparation.
• Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam: approximately 3–5 working days.
• Hong Kong: approximately 3–5 days by SF Express.
• Japan: approximately 5–10 days.
• United States: approximately 7–15 days.
• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, and Italy: Standard approximately 12–20 days; Express approximately 7–12 days, depending on the services available at checkout.
• Mainland China and destinations not listed: check availability and shipping options at checkout.
Available destinations, services, and final shipping fees are determined by the options displayed at checkout for the delivery address and order weight.
These estimates are for reference only and do not guarantee an arrival date. Holidays, weather, customs inspections, remote destinations, and carrier conditions may cause delays. Please refer to tracking information for the actual status.
6. Tracking and Delivery Details
After dispatch, we will provide available tracking information by email.
Please ensure that the name, phone number, email address, and delivery address entered when ordering are complete and correct.
Additional delivery charges arising from an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, refusal of delivery, or failure to meet the local carrier's receipt requirements may need to be borne by the customer.
7. Duties and Import Charges
International orders may incur import duties, VAT, customs-clearance fees, or other charges under the destination country's or region's rules.
Where required by local law or customs authorities, these charges are generally the recipient's responsibility.
8. Damaged Parcels
Please inspect the artwork and outer packaging promptly after delivery.
If you find visible damage caused during transit, keep all outer packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing:
Your order number, photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and damaged artwork, and an unboxing video if available.
After reviewing the situation, we will arrange a replacement shipment, remake, repair, refund, or other reasonable resolution as appropriate.
